philosophy
We are created as whole beings, with intricately interconnected parts working in harmony to regulate and maintain balance throughout the body. My approach to healing honours this design, seeing you as a complete person rather than a collection of symptoms. By considering your mind, body, and spirit together, I look beyond diagnoses to understand the deeper influences on your health - your lifestyle, emotions, relationships, and environment.
When this natural balance is disrupted, often through ongoing stress, it can affect every system of the body, shaping both physical health alongside emotional and mental wellbeing.
At Holism with Sahar, my aim is to restore whole-body harmony using traditional and modern science. My philosophy & approach incorporates food as medicine, nutrition, lifestyle, & mindset coaching, & supplementation where necessary to achieve optimal health holistically.
about sahar
Hi, I’m Sahar, a holistic and clinical nutritionist passionate about helping individuals restore balance, resilience, and vitality by addressing one of the most overlooked drivers of modern illness: chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation.
My approach combines clinical nutrition, food as medicine, traditional and eastern philosophies of health, and practical lifestyle strategies to support the body as an interconnected system. Rather than simply managing symptoms, I focus on uncovering and addressing the root causes of imbalance—including stress physiology, nutrient depletion, digestive dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, inflammation, and lifestyle factors.
I believe the body is constantly communicating with us. Symptoms are not random; they are often signals of deeper internal imbalance and invitations to pay closer attention. Whether you are navigating chronic stress, fatigue, digestive concerns, or simply seeking a more grounded and nourished way of living, my goal is to help you reconnect with your body, restore resilience, and create a stronger foundation for lasting health.
My areas of focus include:
Stress and nervous system regulation
Fatigue and energy restoration
Nutrient depletion and burnout recovery
Digestive health and gut function
Hormonal balance
Inflammation and lifestyle-related imbalances
Food as medicine and therapeutic nutrition
Personalised nutrition program
Sustainable health routines for long-term wellbeing
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) and over 10 years of experience across the natural health industry—including nutrition consulting, nutraceuticals, herbal medicine, health foods, and product development.
Together we can make lasting change to your health.
Medicine considers the human body as to the means by which it is cured and by which it is driven away from health
